MUDIPICO SRL is the data controller for personal data processed by Stickerize. Contact us at [email protected] for anything in this policy, including to request our full company details.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and profile picture, received from Google when you sign in.
Photos you upload, and the sticker images generated from them.
Purchase data: your credit balance, transaction history, and payment confirmations from Stripe, including the country of your billing address and of the bank that issued your card. We never see your card number.
Technical data: server logs containing IP address, request time, and error details, kept for security and debugging.

Why we process it, and on what basis

To provide the service you asked for — generating and storing your stickers (performance of a contract).
To take payment and keep accounting records (contract, and legal obligation).
To confirm you are in the EU, where we sell, and to keep the evidence of your country that VAT rules require (legal obligation).
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
To answer your support messages (legitimate interests).

We do not use your photos or generated stickers to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors, each only for the purpose listed:

Google (sign-in) — authenticates you and provides your name, email, and profile picture.
fal.ai — runs the AI image model. Your uploaded photo is sent to fal.ai to generate your stickers.
Stripe — processes payments and stores payment details.
Our hosting provider — runs the application servers and database.

Some of these providers are located outside the EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and generated stickers: kept together as a sticker pack (the photo so you can regenerate the pack) until you delete the pack, and deleted automatically 1 year after the pack was created, whichever comes first. Deleting a pack removes all its files.
Copies held by fal.ai to generate your stickers: set to expire within one hour.
Your consent to immediate delivery of credits (time and wording): kept with the purchase record.
Account data: for as long as your account exists, then deleted on request.
Payment and order records: retained as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7-10 years).
Server logs: a short rolling window, typically under 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or port it elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 2 business days and in any case within one month. You can delete individual sticker packs yourself at any time from your account. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We set one cookie: an encrypted session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service to work and is not used for analytics or advertising, so we do not show a consent banner. Clearing it signs you out.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top and, where required, notify you by email.
