Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit purchases

• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased. Before paying, you tick a box asking us to make them available immediately and acknowledging that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) for that purchase.
• Credits you have already spent on a completed sticker pack are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.
• If a generation succeeds but the result is unusable (for example the output is blank or corrupted), contact us and we will re-run it or refund the credit.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days.

Payments from outside the EU

We sell to customers in the European Union only. If the billing address or card used for a payment is from outside the EU, the payment is refunded in full automatically and nothing is delivered.
