Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stickerize, our website and service for creating custom digital stickers from your photos. By creating an account, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

1. Who we are

Stickerize is operated by MUDIPICO SRL, a limited liability company (Societate cu Răspundere Limitată) organised under the laws of Romania, with its registered office at Str. Strandului nr. 24, Sibiu, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under No. J2026017874001, CUI (tax ID) 54277494. MUDIPICO SRL is the seller of everything you buy on the service. 2. Eligibility and your account

  • You sign in with a valid Google account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy credits.
  • We sell to customers in the European Union only. A payment whose billing address or card comes from outside the EU is refunded in full automatically, and no credits are added.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you notice any unauthorised use.

3. How the service works

Stickerize generates sticker packs from a photo you upload, using an AI image model. Generated stickers are delivered in your account as downloadable files: the sticker sheet as an image, a print-ready package (a 300 DPI PNG with a cut-line SVG), and a WhatsApp sticker pack.

4. Credits, prices and payment

  • Credits are sold in one-time packages. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Generating one sticker pack, or regenerating an existing one, costs 1 credit(s).
  • If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credits are prepaid and used only inside Stickerize. They are not a currency, earn no interest, and have no cash value outside the service.
  • Package prices are shown on our Pricing page in euros (EUR). The amount you are charged is the amount shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which may also offer Link or other payment methods at checkout. We do not receive or store your card details. By submitting your payment information you authorise the charge shown.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Credits are digital content made available in your account as soon as your payment completes. Before you pay, we ask you to expressly request this immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase. We keep a record of that consent with your purchase.

Purchases are therefore final, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise and as described in our Refund Policy (for example, a failed or unusable generation). Approved refunds are paid back through Stripe to your original payment method.

6. Your photos and the stickers

  • You keep full ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of generating your stickers.
  • You must own every photo you upload or have the rights holder's permission to use it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Stickers are generated by AI from your photo. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, download, print, and display the stickers generated for you, for personal and commercial purposes. Because they are produced by an AI model, we cannot guarantee that they are unique or eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction.

7. How long we keep your files

  • To generate your stickers, your photo is sent to our AI provider, fal.ai. Their copies of your photo and of the result are set to expire within one hour.
  • We keep your uploaded photo together with its sticker pack, so that you can regenerate the pack. Deleting a pack deletes its photo, stickers, and print files.
  • Sticker packs, including their photo, are deleted automatically 1 year after they were created. Download anything you want to keep before then.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you may not:

  • upload or create sexual content, or any content depicting minors in a sexualised way;
  • upload or create content that is illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person;
  • upload or create content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or likeness rights (including copyrighted characters, or people who have not consented);
  • attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or get around the security or usage limits of the service;
  • use payment methods fraudulently or abuse the checkout or generation process.

We may refuse or cancel a generation that breaches these rules. We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, behave abusively, or break the law. On termination for these reasons, your right to use the service and any remaining credits end.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated stickers may not match your expectations exactly, and print files may need adjusting for some printers or cutting machines. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund unused paid credit balances.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian and EU law, MUDIPICO SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Sibiu, Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we also notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
